We are looking for a passionate User Experience Designer who will actively support the IT Development Team and the Customer Experience Specialist in the creation and implementation of a UX Design process as well as the development of UI Designs, including developing a Design System over time. The person will be strong in developing a collaboration with the Development Teams as well as doing research and testing with customers. The expectation for this person is to work alongside the CX/UX Specialist to support the customer centric development of the overall digital & non digital experience of our customers.
 
What you will do:
 
In collaboration with Development Teams
·        Create user flows, wireframes and UI designs for user stories to support development
·        Own and develop Information Architecture, User Journeys, Prototypes and new feature ideation
·        Develop and expand a Design System over time, that works for users as well as the developers
·        Consider and design within accessibility constraints, UI standards and responsive design aspects.
·        Combine different product designs with different requirements into one platform
·        Create iterative improvements based on digitalization efforts (MVP, LEAN, etc)
·        Own and test interface language to meet Usability guidelines (UX Writing)
·        Work within agile frameworks and support teams with their sprints (Collaboration, Definition & Testing)
·        Work with POs, BAs, Program Management and business stakeholders to establish collaboration patterns
 
In collaboration with the Digital Office/Customer Experience
·        Create prototypes and ideas to test with customers
·        Conduct user test or user research to support and expand our customer journey maps and service blueprints
·        Be a partner in developing the digital product design to maximize the customer and internal benefits
·        Define concepts and prioritize features for continous improvements
·        Collaborate on workshops and customer centric initiatives to help transform the organisation one step at the time
·        Work with Business & Digital Stakeholders to establish collaboration patterns and a shared understanding of the goals
·        Support collection and setting up of data to allow insight gathering into user behaviour and impact on process changes
 
 
What we expect
·        A degree in HCI, Design or other relevant major
·        2-5 years of experience in a UX/UI role with proven experience in designing complex responsive applications (please provide a portfolio)
·        Confident and experienced in conducting regular user research and testing or a willingness to get stuck in
·        Keen collaborator who builds cross-functional relationships with the people to ensure the best experience for users
·        Experience using and defining Design Systems or a willingness to learn about this topic
·        Experienced in working within Agile environments where ideation, future vision and detailed improvements happen at the same time
·        Highly independent and proactive individual who has a passion to make things work well for customers
·        First experience in transforming businesses while iteratively designing a new platform would be an asset
·        Tools: Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence and standard office tools

Wage (gross): 3500 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
