In this interesting and challenging position you’re the intermediate between internal customers in the HR functional area and the IT teams, responsible for further development of the IT product portfolio for the HR area.

Your main tasks

    • Implementation digitalization and process automation initiatives in the HR area
    • Strategic alignment of the HR processes and the IT system landscape
    • Management of the HR digitalization roadmap and the specific product backlog together with the responsible business department and the development teams.
    • Moderation of workshops with decision makers
    • Elaboration of solution concepts, business analysis and technical specifications along the roadmap
    • Quality assurance of new features and solutions
    • Support during user acceptance testing and roll-out
    • Management of external software service providers
    • Moderation of workshops with decision makers
    • Active knowledge management and central contact person for the IT HR product portfolio

We expect

    • Business education, focus on IT is an advantage
    • Excellent understanding of HR business processes and data: recruitment, human capital management, payroll, commissions, expenses, time recording, etc.
    • Experienced in HR relevant system implementations: business analysis, requirement engineering, system set-up and development, quality assurance, UAT, roll-out.
    • Experienced in project management and moderation of workshops
    • Analytical skills and systematic thinking to structure and optimize business requirements
    • Leadership skills, high operational readiness, proactive, excellent communication skills
    • Sound English skills and economical thinking
    • Independent, responsible and solution oriented working style

Wage (gross): 2600 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
