Job Description:

-Daily documentation/operation for Sea-freight shipment.

-Communication with suppliers, vendors and oversea agent, maintain the smooth relation with customer.

-Receive shipping orders.

-Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information.

-Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.

-Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.

-Keep agent informed for any changes.

-Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.

-Update related charges in system in time.  

Job Requirements:

2025 University graduate

College degree or above, major in logistics or international trading is preferable

Fluent in spoken and written English.  

Work under pressure.
