Job Description:

    • To coordinate, direct and lead Key account team.
    • To be responsible for personnel leadership and personnel planning for the Department in cooperation with the senior management.
    • To monitor working discipline and assess the work and results of the employees.
    • To prepare the budget and monitor the keeping of budget lines.
    • To responsible for managing and developing key accounts within a specified region. They will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth through strategic account management.
    • To develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • To provide highest possible customer service.
    • To lead the Department by Example.
    • To approach and present customer about company’s service. 
    • To make joint sales visits to customers with account owner occasionally to solicit feedback to improve service level and able to customers needed.
    • To retain & keep good relationship with existing customers and approaching new customers
    • Improving customer engagement in order to develop the customer partnership to expand business growth
    • Rate requesting to procurement team both local and overseas and ensure their returning rate is competitive.
    • Identify opportunities to improve company service with agreeing specific plan with customer.
    • Influencing customers to grow in sales volumes, margin and new business trade lane.
    • Creating value proposition with clearly described benefits for customers.
    • To take up additional assignments/tasks as required meeting with the Company needs.

Qualification:

    • University degree in Major of Sales & Marketing or Major of Logistics Management or equivalent
    • At least 6 years’ business development/ Sales experience.
    • Proven record of own business development with multinationals
    • Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language
    • Strong Negotiation skills
    • Strong Customer Service mind
    • Sales-oriented but Operational conscious 
    • Self-confident with a Positive attitude
    • Strong in implementation and follow up
    • Professional competence
    • Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious 
    • Motivating/ Self-Motivating
    • Intercultural interest, skills and experience
    • Experience in inbound/outbound business
    • Willingness and ability to travel
    • Able to work under pressure

Special Knowledge:

    • Freight forwarding industry
    • Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Cargowise One/ S.P.O.T. / Salesforce / CRM know-how and ability to demonstrate internally and externally
    • Fluent in English language
