What you'll be doing:

    • Liaise with existing clients, maintain good relationship, proactively following through with their needs and actively enquiring if they will engage in other products & services
    • Actively source and call new clients to offer products and services
    • Support the sales team with preparation of quotation and rates requests
    • Timely and accurate update of shipment milestones into system
    • Work closely with functional and operational groups to deliver value to the clients
    • Take ownership of complaints and queries of the clients and proactively following through to resolution

We expect:

    • Interest in logistics and supply chain industry
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of INCO-Terms, Customs and Carrier procedures
    • Proficient in MS Office (excel & powerpoint)
