For our Central Clearing department located in Bratislava, Petrzalka we are looking for a new colleague to support us with Accounts Receivables Management. We work on a daily basis in SAP system and are responsible for money collection for the whole group of cargo partner countries. Money collection has a direct impact on our cargo-partner Group balance sheet results. Central Clearing is in contact on a daily basis with the key business partners and international agents from all over world.

Key responsibilities:

    • In your role as a Cash Collector you will:
    • ·       Proactive email and phone communication with foreign customers
      ·       Generate and send out Statements of accounts and payment reminders
      ·       Actively communicate with our cargo partner countries in case of any payments or invoices disputes 

We expect:

    • English (both written and verbal) is a MUST.
    • Organized and open-minded team player with proactive ’I can do’ attitude.
    • Previous experiences are nice to have
    • We are looking for a person, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and communicate with the customers over the phone

We offer:

    • Basic gross salary is starting from 1.050 EUR/month depending on relevant professional qualification and experience of selected candidate, plus 13th salary and Christmas bonus
