1. Daily documentation/operation for sea-freight shipment.
2. Maintain the smooth relation with customer.
3. Communication with suppliers, vendors and oversea agent.
4. Receive shipping orders.
5. Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information.
6. Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.
7. Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.
8. Keep agent informed for any changes.
9. Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.
10. Update related charges in system in time. 

Requirements

    • College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant
    • At least 1 year experience in relevant industry High potential fresh *** also considerate
    • Work independently , passionate attitude to work
    • Good at English writing and speaking
    • Excellent communication skill.
