We have a highly successful and expanding operation in Bulgaria, which has an impressive warehousing facility and logistics team based in Sofia that are committed to providing a first class service to its customers. 

Committed to delivering new and attractive solutions and services to our clients and the market we are now seeking the commercial expertise and knowledge of a sales focused National Product Manager who can deliver innovative product development and management focused on our Contracts Logistics and Value Added services.

Managing a highly motivated and sizeable team you will be taking on a key position in the development of our growth roadmap for Bulgaria.  This is a  highly customer focused role will require you to develop and implement a robust product strategy that will ensure our continued progression, expansion and success in this market.

What your key tasks will include:

With P&L responsibility you will motivate, manage and develop  a successful and positive minded team with an impressive warehouse facility.
You will devise and implement a robust product strategy to enable a competitive service at a reasonable cost.
Product Development of our Contract Logistics and Value Added Services 
Product Management
Customer Account Management and Pricing of products
Implementation and product launch within sales and operational organization
Support cross-sales and business development activities related to Contract Logistics and Value Added services.
Lead key account sales to understand the demand of large customers and offer tailor made solutions
You will be interfacing with distribution providers, logistic partners and participate in national and international logistics tenders.

What your experience should be:

You must have a good Contract Logistics background
Sales experience is also a prerequisite for this position
Product Management and Development experience involving the development of unique selling propositions and product definition 
Implementation and product launch within the  sales and operational organization 
Key account sales and development 
Leadership experience in managing large teams 
Must be fluent in English
