Tap into your automotive expertise to elevate our customer journey. As the point of contact post-delivery, you'll dive into any car-related questions or issues with innovative problem-solving, making sure every Carma customer enjoys an unforgettable experience!

What you'll be doing

    • Manage the post-delivery space, owning every question - from Apple CarPlay mysteries to the odd squeaky brake
    • Get inventive with your problem-solving, finding smart solutions to resolve the issue over the phone
    • Team up with Carma’s Engine Room (workshop) when needed and work as a team to get our cars back on the road!
    • Organise the return for any customer who decides the car’s not the right fit for them
    • Be that ‘go-to’ person for our Sales & Customer Experience team- help them out with any car related questions, no matter how big or small!
    • Update our systems as you go, making sure you’ve captured all of the important stuff

    • A strong communicator- you know how to deliver the good (and the not so good) news
    • An automotive expert- maybe you’re a Technician who loves working with customers, or a Service Advisor who can diagnose any problem
    • Naturally customer focused- you’re happy to jump on the phones and help them out in any way you can
    • Able to drive in NSW with a full licence
