About the role;
Join our dynamic, ambitious marketing team! We’re looking for a creative storyteller, who will bring the Carma brand to life through video and static content in the role of Digital Content Producer. As a part of an innovative team, you’ll take the lead on video content from conception through to delivery and thrive in a high pace, collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities

    • Lead the creation of both internal and customer-facing videos from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment to brand and engagement with target audiences
    • Collaborate with brand, social and other internal stakeholders to produce, shoot, edit and deliver slick, high quality video content (long and short form) across multiple channels
    • Bring digital content expertise to the creative brainstorming processes for content ideas and creation
    • Create and manage an asset production workflow and calendar alongside the social and content team
    • Dive into the data to track the performance of content and ensure success
    • Work with our internal team to ensure videos are optimised for SEO
    • Develop strong cross functional stakeholder relationships whether that be shooting with our Founders or working with our team of mechanics 

About You

    • Minimum of 4 years working in digital content production, in-house or at an agency
    • Experience in camera operation, video direction, lighting and editing
    • Finger on the pulse of digital innovation, social media trends and digital advertising creative 
    • Strong experience in video editing software such as Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Experience in photography and ability to shoot portraits and events would be ideal
    • Excellent project management and organisation skills - you’ll be need to manage your own workload and any external stakeholders
    • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
    • Your a proactive, self starter, not afraid to get involved in the details as well as the bigger picture strategy and creative elements
    • Undergraduate degree in relevant field, or related experience
