As a rapidly growing organization in which strategic execution and change-management are critical success factors, we are looking to bring on a Director of Organization Enablement who will drive the coordination, management, and execution of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives for the organization. Responsible for quarterbacking the development and successful roll-out of key systems and processes, as well as the communication plans to the broader organization, this role will have a direct impact on our metrics and decision making, and improve the quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of what we do. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the leadership team with company-wide visibility and scope of influence. 

Roles/Responsibilities

    • Define and lead key cross-functional projects and process improvements across the organization, particularly those which will streamline and improve business execution and value creation 
    • Develop and manage project plans and coordinate cross-functional meetings to drive strategic initiatives from conceptualization to implementation, as well as continuous improvement efforts beyond initial launch 
    • Serve as a liaison between cross-departmental stakeholders, bringing together clinical, operational, and people team members to drive alignment, understanding, and collaboration organization-wide 
    • Oversee company-wide communication and related training on all current and upcoming strategic changes; Work with project leaders to ensure communication and dissemination plans ensure transparency, alignment, buy-in and excitement across all stakeholder groups 
    • Facilitate quarterly senior leadership team meetings, driving organizational focus on the departmental and shared priority initiatives that will have the greatest impact on our success and value creation 
    • Set up and monitor appropriate performance targets supporting the broader leadership team and ensuring alignment with overall strategic priorities 
    • Design and deploy internal systems and dashboards to track progress against key strategic initiatives  
    • Develop business cases for strategic priorities to drive decision making around clear business justifications 
    • Support the COO in continuous evaluation and evolution of the strategic direction of the organization
    • Example initiatives you may lead would include: 
    • Evaluation and improvement of key client-facing systems and processes, such as client intake, delivering a scalable, transparent, and world-class user experience for families and team members 
    • Standardization of clinician scheduling procedures and integration of technology solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness of staffing and retainment of staff through consistent, predictable hours 
    • Development of workforce capacity planning and needs forecasting systems to coordinate talent acquisition efforts with areas of greatest need, considering all supply and demand drivers 

Requirements:

    • Ability to work across and effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with varied (clinical and non-clinical) backgrounds, as well as lead both internal and external stakeholders 
    • Ability to translate input and feedback from stakeholders into effective and scalable systems that balance elements of safety, quality, cost, and efficiency 
    • Experience leveraging technology (e.g., CRM systems, practice management software, scheduling software) to drive automation, efficiency, and consistency in business functions, includingthe identification, evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems 
    • Demonstrated sound judgment and comfort in leading strategic,data-based decision making, project prioritization,and a strong orientation toward value creation 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to channel different points of view and build excellent relationships and credibility quickly, creating a team atmosphere while achieving key objectives 
    • Ability to influence and motivate others without authority as a collaborator, partner, and facilitator 
    • Excellence in enabling data analysis and performance/operation metrics monitoring for all stakeholders 
    • High level of internal motivation, driving a culture of accountability by example 
    • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills 
    • Ability to navigate complexity in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments 
    • Prior management experience with ability to formally and informally develop others as a strong people leader 
    • Prior C-Level exposure and familiarity working in a high-growth environment preferred

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required; Master’s degree/MBA/MHA preferred 
Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Lean / Six Sigma, Kanban, Agile, or Scrum methodologies a plus

Location: Our corporate headquarters is located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. The ideal candidate is local to this area, however there is flexibility for a remote/hybrid structure as well.
