Kind Behavioral Health, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, seeks to hire a Manager of Training Programs to lead the oversight, maintenance and execution of our ongoing training and onboarding programs. Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Partner with subject matter clinical experts to ensure that all training materials (both written and electronic) are current and reflect KBH and industry best practices. 
    • Work with operations and people team members to ensure the timely and effective implementation of training programs. 
    • Create and oversee tracking of training programs to capture trainee participation, comprehension and developing an exceptional management process to address outliers. 
    • Partner with clinical leadership to develop quality metrics to measure ongoing training program effectiveness and provide recurring reporting on these metrics to leadership. 
    • Partner with clinical and operational leadership to align training calendar deliverables that do not otherwise interfere with other meetings and/or priorities. 
    • Serve as the administrator for third party training certifications (i.e. ACE certifications, CEU administration). 
    • Ensure that all trainer roles remain actively filled and that all trainers have necessary tools and resources to be successful. 
    • Provide support to trainers’ clinical supervisors relating to performance and engagement. 
    • Provide regular written and verbal updates to leadership on training roadmap, calendar and measurement. 
    • Manage process to fill any open trainer positions, partnering with appropriate decision makers based upon specific nature of a given opening.   
    • Manage vendor relationships relating to learning management system and other training-related 3rd party vendors. 
    • Manage learning management system and other systems/tools necessary to deliver content across various settings/populations. 
    • Build and maintain an organization-wide catalog as a shared resource for employee consumption. 
    • Build and/or recommend content associated with advancing organization’s values and core attributes. 

Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor’s degree. Graduate degree in business, HR, I/O psychology or other related field preferred. 
    • 3+ years experiencein bothtraining program management and training execution. 
    • Demonstrated experience delivering high-impact training at scale, both in-person and virtual. 
    • Experience in healthcare, clinical or educational environments preferred. 
    • Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced and sometime unstructured workplace, proactively raising issues as they arise, or as additional support is needed 
    • Flexible attitude and enthusiasm for positive change 
    • Professional and comfortable working with all employees, including the senior leadershipteam, in highly collaborative and cooperative fashion 
    • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset 
    • Highly proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
    • Willingness to travel within KBH markets  
    • A desire to be challenged, make an impact, and learn in one of the fastest growing companies based in NC 
    • Role performance will be measured by a set of agreed upon KPIs, such as pass rates, student success, training execution, and learner feedback. 
Location: This role has flexibility to be on site at our corporate headquarters in the Raleigh-Durham area, hybrid, or remote, based on the ideal candidate.
