The Project Manager will coordinate the planning and execution of marketing and communications initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement and business objectives across a diverse portfolio of retail, residential, restaurant and resort properties. This role combines marketing expertise with technical project management, strategic planning, and process optimization to ensure brand campaigns, creative projects, property promotions and corporate initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As the lead administrator of the creative project management platform, this position ensures effective use of systems and workflows to support cross-functional collaboration, streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and communications annual calendars and project timelines
- Support the launch of integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, including digital and print as well as experiential marketing deliverables
- Partner with property marketing and operations teams to align marketing strategies with tenant performance and business goals
- Serve as Wrike system administrator maintaining platform configuration, user access and permissions
- Design and implement standardized project templates, workflows and approval processes to ensure consistent project execution and brand standards
- Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports and analytics
- Streamline creative request intake from internal departments, partners, and executives, ensuring strategic prioritization and optimal resource allocation
- Lead cross-departmental meetings to review project status, campaign performance and growth opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions that amplify brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including print and digital advertisements, signage, and multimedia content across all platforms
- Manage relationships with creative resources, vendors, and partners to ensure effective delivery of marketing campaigns and projects
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational foundation in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- Minimum of five years of managing multiple concurrent marketing projects with proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional channels
- Strong competency in marketing analytics, data interpretation and reporting tool
- Proficiency in project management platforms (Wrike preferred) with experience in system administration, workflow design and user training
- Proven ability to manage vendors and contractors
- Experience with project budgeting, resource allocation and timeline management
- Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in retail and hospitality sectors
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and process management capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment while maintaining quality standards

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
