Bakery Manager

    • 2+ years food and beverage experience required
    • Hire, train, coach and develop a best in class team;
    • Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed;
    • Manage scheduling, budget, inventory;
    • Ensure all operating standards are followed;
    • Achieve financial targets and operational efficiency;
    • Maintain an exceptional guest experience

Pastry Cooks & Line Cooks

    • 1-3 Years of pastry experience
    • Supports the Chef and team in the daily preparation and maintenance of the kitchen, in a timely and accurate manner;
    • Stock and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure efficiency and productivity;
    • Upholds service preparation and culinary standards to ensure a memorable guest experience;
    • Takes pride in final plating and presentation;
    • Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, work areas, containers and utensils to ensure health and safety requirements are met;
    • Provides additional operational support when needed

Bakery Cashier

    • Prior customer experience preferred
    • Warmly welcome guests and introduce them to the bakery and delectables;
    • Maintain strong knowledge about the products, prices and specials/promotions;
    • Operate and balance (POS) point of sale with accuracy and efficiency;
    • Keep the retail area clean, swept, and neatly organized;
    • Ability to delight the guest, acknowledge and accommodate regulars, and maintain high service standards
