Your Opportunity

    • You will develop and grow a portfolio of fast-growing start-up clients in Germany, networking within the German start-up scene
    • Attend conferences and educate potential customers about the benefits of Casana freelancers
    • As a trusted advisor will actively work to ensure Casana is always top of mind, allowing us to grow further

Your mission at Casana

    • Network and connect with the German start-up scene and fast-growing start-ups in Germany
    • Educate about the benefit of tech freelancers during conferences, webinars, meet-ups and 1:1s with rising tech stars
    • Position Casana and our offering for strategic partnerships
    • Define, execute and own your engagement strategy for key prospects to create happy and referenceable customers
    • Act as the trusted advisor and go-to person for key accounts

What you need to be successful

    • Experience in Business Development, Sales, or customer-facing roles in fast-growing start-ups or roles that had exposure to such
    • Strong ability to network and not afraid to approach others
    • Driven, ambitious attitude paired with reliability toward customers and team members
    • Positive personality and a strong desire for personal growth to learn more about IT-related topics (no previous experience required)
    • You are fluent in German and English
