Seeking a skilled Manual QA Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Must have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and proficiency in API Testing (Postman). Responsibilities include thorough software testing, providing QA support throughout the development lifecycle, active participation in feature design discussions, and utilizing business analysis skills to translate user requirements into effective test strategies. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Good experience with API Testing (Postman)
- Provide QA support to stakeholders prior to the release of the software
- Strong participation in feature design and refinement of tasks
- Strong business analysis capabilitiesSolid and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with a CI/CD tool
- Familiarity with basic SQL commands
- Proficiency in working with Linux commands and ssh
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications, including API testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide QA support throughout the software development lifecycle, identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
- Actively participate in feature design discussions and provide valuable insights to refine tasks and improve overall product quality.
- Utilize strong business analysis capabilities to understand user requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and plans.
