Responsabilities:
- Market: often drive or participate in discussions about market direction, trends and new product opportunities. Demonstrate a deep understanding of how your products and features integrate into core workflows.
- People leadership: Guides and coaches team members to help them develop their skills and achieve individual and team goals. Provides feedback and support to help team members grow and improve.
- Product: regularly identify methods to improve product success with customers and are able to present well structured demos of new functionality to stakeholders and customers. Manage our roadmap of Cloud solutions for the Danish market. Collaborate with international product leadership and other stakeholders to define adoption metrics for your product areas.
- Value Creation: Working to enhance the value generated from the auditor's work, making accountants and auditors more efficient through Caseware's solutions.
- Content Review: reviewing content specific to our reporting cloud products, collaborating with content authors for seamless implementation in our templates.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensuring that our solutions consistently comply with all relevant reporting standards and legislation, offering peace of mind to auditors and accountants.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborating closely with Quality Analysts to maintain the highest quality standards for our solutions, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.
- We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Danish accounting and auditing (e.g., HD, HA, Cand.merc.).
- Professional Experience: Prior work experience in a Danish Audit and Accounting practice (min. 3 years)
- Market Understanding: A deep understanding of customer/user needs in the Danish market.
- Detail-oriented: A commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality, and compliant content, with a strong focus on quality.
- Team Player: An ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with a talent for prioritizing tasks.
- Simplification Expert: Proficiency in simplifying complex concepts for user-friendly integration into our products, ensuring ease of use for our customers.
