Sluit je aan bij ons wereldwijde People Operations-team als People Operations Associate en ondersteun onze teams in heel Europa – met een sterke focus op Nederland.
In deze rol begeleid en coördineer je de volledige employee lifecycle en zorg je voor naleving van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, de AVG, payrollvoorbereiding en een zorgvuldig verzuimbeheer. Je waarborgt een hoge datanauwkeurigheid en werkt nauw samen met HR Business Partners, de Ondernemingsraad en internationale stakeholders om processen te optimaliseren en de employee experience te versterken.
Van dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden tot grotere projecten: jij speelt een actieve rol in het neerzetten van best-in-class People Operations binnen een dynamische en innovatieve software-omgeving.
📍 Locatie:
Dit is een hybride functie, waarbij van de geselecteerde kandidaat wordt verwacht dat hij/zij drie dagen per week aanwezig is op ons kantoor in Apeldoorn, gevestigd aan Fauststraat 3, 7323 BA Apeldoorn.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Je ondersteunt en coördineert de volledige employee lifecycle in Nederland en zorgt voor naleving van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, de AVG en interne richtlijnen.
- Je zorgt voor een soepele en tijdige payrollvoorbereiding in samenwerking met ons payrollteam, met sterke focus op nauwkeurigheid en compliance.
- Je coördineert ziekteverzuim in nauwe samenwerking met de arbodienst en verzekeraar, inclusief juiste en tijdige rapportages.
- Je houdt HR-data en personeelsdossiers nauwkeurig bij (bijv. indiensttredingen, uitdiensttredingen en contractwijzigingen) en levert betrouwbare inzichten aan HR Business Partners en senior stakeholders.
- Je werkt samen met HRBPs, de Ondernemingsraad en internationale teams om lokale HR-praktijken af te stemmen op wereldwijde kaders, met oog voor Nederlandse vereisten.
- Je ondersteunt bij performance managementcycli, employee engagement-initiatieven en survey-analyses, en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterpunten.
- Je zorgt voor efficiënte, kandidaatgerichte wervingsprocessen om talent aan te trekken en te behouden.
Wat je meebrengt:
- Moedertaalniveau in zowel Nederlands als Engels; kennis van Duits is een sterke pré.
- Een afgeronde opleiding in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen HR / People Operations over de gehele employee lifecycle.
- Grondige kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, de AVG en praktische ervaring met het beheren van ziekteverzuimprocessen.
- Het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met de Ondernemingsraad, HR Business Partners en wereldwijde People-teams.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met overtuigingskracht en een sterk leer- en aanpassingsvermogen in een dynamische omgeving.
- Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden, met oog voor detail en de capaciteit om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te managen.
- Ervaring met applicant tracking systemen (ATS) en andere HR-softwaretools.
