A bit about the role & team | the opportunity:

The Senior Field Sales Account Executive is a key driver behind the expansion of CaseWare’s footprint and brand awareness in these territories. You will prioritize territories based on the combination of market potential and localized products available and define and execute a sales and marketing strategy. You will generate leads and engage with potential new customers through online and in-person (post-COVID) events and visits, leveraging existing international agreements and contacts.

In addition, you will own the complete sales cycle for the majority of prospects autonomously, including hands-on demonstration of the key benefits of our software and answering common questions. For larger and more complex opportunities the Senior Field Sales Account Executive will be supported by our product specialists and the Head of Business Development.
As a Senior Field Sales Account Executive, you understand the needs of the potential customer and offer the most suitable solutions, while building up a long-term relationship creating a foundation for future selling opportunities.

    • Build up a business relationship in an online world with auditors, accountants and finance professionals in very different cultures: Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia. or Find out how to be successful in doing business in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia
    • Lay the foundation for dominant market share in new markets

Highlight of your responsibilities - Management

    • Prioritize markets based on available localized products
    • Manage pipeline
    • Provide bi-weekly updates
    • Structure and standardize sales processes

Partnerships

    • Maintain and extend relationships with current partners and distributors
    • Stay up to date on the latest interactions of distributors in other territories that can open up opportunities

Sales & Coverage

    • Set and realize sales targets
    • Regionally: French language Switzerland, Italy, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Central Asia up to Pakistan.

We are looking for someone who

    • Is a self starter
    • Is entrepreneurial, hands on mindset in growing the business
    • Has a proven track record
    • Is a good communicator
    • Is familiar with modern online marketing techniques
    • Is fluent in English
    • Is Fluent in Arabic, considered an asset
