The Project Manager will oversee various projects from conceptual design through implementation. You will coordinate with the project team and external stakeholders to ensure the assigned project is delivered on time and within budget and scope. 
Through the development of project artifacts, such as the project plan, risk register, communication plan, etc., the Project Manager will ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and appropriate actions are taken to ensure the project's success. Additionally, coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the customer requirements, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.

What you will be doing:

    • Technology Project Management
    • Ensure that all technology projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and make adjustments as needed.
    • Develop and maintain a communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are informedIdentify and communicate areas for improvement.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    • Present metrics and recommendations via BI tools.
    • Provide project updates continuously to all stakeholders about strategy, risks, change, and progress.
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
    • Continuously measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Report and escalate to management as needed.
    • Hybrid project management (Scrum & Kanban & Waterfall) and analytical reporting
    • Release Coordination
    • Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the customer requirements, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.
    • Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope, schedule, and quality of the release are not affected.
    • Work with other Operations team members to secure and schedule resources.
    • Lead the Release Readiness reviews and Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully.
    • Work directly with development and operation teams to resolve to build and release issues.
    • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements, timelines, and deployment plans.
    • Manage an enterprise-wide release calendar to facilitate company-wide communication related to upcoming releases
    • Maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release, various notifications lists, and dependencies.

We are looking for:

    • PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certification
    • Experience building integration/separation budgets
    • Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure
    • Experience in managing product release projects 
    • Strong track record of managing/delivering Cloud, security, development, and IT tools integration projects in a SaaS organization
    • Strong, loosely held vision for managing complex projects; ability to shift with new evidence
    • Passion for delivering quality through communication, documentation, planning, and execution using all of the tools and best practices available
    • Experience working with all multiple lines of business areas, including developers, HR, marketing, security, and IT
    • Experience presenting project data [status, progress, change, risks] to the executive team
    • Familiarity with the Atlassian series of products (JIRA, Confluence), including knowledge of how to craft JQL queries
