CaseWare International is seeking a Senior Developer to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Senior Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects using the latest technology, contributing to our industry-leading financial reporting software solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Implementing requirements using clean and concise code
- Writing unit tests and contributing to the AQA backlog
- Participating in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospectives, brainstorms, and demos)
- Contributing to the design, coding best practices, quality, performance, and security
- Participating in pairing and working across multidisciplinary squads
Requirements:
- Computer Science (or similar) degree and a good industry work portfolio4+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency in Angular/Typescript, JavaScript, Java, web services, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with OOD/UML, GIT, and coding patterns
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
Desirable skills:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, such as React or Angular
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks, such as Selenium or JMeter
