About the Role
As a Senior People Advisor, you will provide both operational and strategic HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with the business to guide performance, employee relations, and engagement. This role involves coaching managers, applying HR policies, contributing to initiatives like L&D and DEI, and using data to inform decisions.

Your Focus

    • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
    • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, changes, probation, etc.)
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Support payroll administration and office management as needed
    • Support the end-to-end performance and remuneration review process, including communications, systems, calibration, and coaching
    • Guide and coach managers on performance, career development and employee relations matters
    • Develop, interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation
    • Contribute to the development of people initiatives and projects (e.g. engagement, capability building, performance, DEI, L&D)
    • Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes, tools, and programs

About You

    • Confident in coaching and supporting leaders in areas such as performance, employee relations and career development, providing practical, commercial advice
    • Detailed knowledge of core employee lifecycle processes end-to-end (e.g. onboarding, changes, offboarding, contracts and probation)
    • Great communicator, proactive, and comfortable juggling both strategic work and day-to-day tasks
    • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to proactively solve problems and provide solutions
    • Provides timely and practical HR guidance to both employees and people leaders across all stages of the employee journey
    • Skilled in managing and maintaining accurate employee records, with a focus on compliance and attention to detail
    • Experience supporting performance and remuneration review cycles, including managing systems, coordinating communications, and facilitating calibration sessions
    • Well-versed in developing, interpreting and applying HR policies and employment legislation
