We are looking for a Website Operation Assistant for our Japanese assets. The Website Operation Assistant will be a vital part of the product team. They will collaborate daily with the content and the SEO experts to make sure that the sites are always updated, interesting and useful to our users as well as functional to our business goals. 
The Website Operation Assistant will be gatekeeping the brand identity and mission. They will ensure that all the brand ecosystem (written content, video content, social activity, email marketing etc) is relevant, updated and aligned to the brand identity and to the goals. 

This is an operational role, which however has great responsibility in terms of coordinating the activity of different stakeholders and in pushing the entire team toward optimization and harmonious work.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

    • Formatting and publishing content that we produce both internally and externally in WordPress
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all information of the site is updated and fit for achieving business goals
    • Constantly QAing the site (links, pages, navigation flow etc) and the related channels to ensure correct functionality and to optimize the user experience and conversion funnel
    • Creating content outlines based on existing internal templates, and from scratch after performing market research and competitor analysis
    • Ensuring content tasks and requests received are completed in a professional and timely manner, and to a high-quality standard
    • Directing design and content production for use on the websites and social media channels, as well as managing projects and outsourcing
    • Writing, proofreading, and editing Japanese casino-related content for our websites, ensuring that best practices are maintained
    • Compiling and delivering weekly newsletters to our subscribers list using an email service provider
    • Managing membership in a forum, such as responding to signup, distributing membership points to each account, etc.
    • Responding to members on the forum and support email enquiries across all owned properties
    • Sharing relevant news, casino promotions, prize giveaways, etc on the forum and on social media platforms
    • Planning and executing monthly social media activities, with a focus on Twitter/X and YouTube
    • Providing feedback to all stakeholders on how to localise the brand/product to better fit the Japanese market - ensuring the brand guidelines and tone of voice are consistent across the website(s)
    • Data reporting tasks using Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and other tools
    • Working together, and regularly communicating with, fellow Japanese team members and other teams to ensure all stakeholders are working together to achieve common goals for each website
    • Other ad hoc tasks as required by the direct manager

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

    • Experience in SEO writing blog or social media management and development
    • MS-Office(Proficient) - Excel skill would be advantage
    • Great understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console 
    • Ability to work on Wordpress platforms, included gutenberg blocks
    • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in  a team environment - respect others to work together 
    • A highly-motivated, solution-driven individual with the ability to work in an efficient, mature and professional manner.
    • Great time-management skills and the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong creative skills and the initiative and drive to brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to improve existing content and create new engaging, user-centric content.
    • Great curiosity and willingness to learn new things
    • Excellent command of the Japanese language 
    • Excellent command of the English language
