We're looking for a Strategic Finance Partner to join our team to serve as a strategic partner to our customers by leading implementations, building financial models and supporting their journey into expert users of Causal. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside finance leaders and senior management across a wide array of companies.

You Will
- Work with customers to build out their financial models in Causal, based on understanding their business model, key drivers and FP&A workflows
- Identify areas where Causal can expand & improve a customer's FP&A capabilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders ranging from founders & CEOs to finance analysts
- Develop templates and best practices for FP&A teams using Causal
- Independently run customer implementations, and iterate + refine our onboarding process
- Work with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into Causal's product roadmap
You'll Ideally
- Have 2+ years experience in a role involving financial modeling, e.g. FP&A/corporate finance/business operations/management consulting
- Have strong financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Be extremely organized
- Be detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Passionate about problem solving and continuous learning
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Have strong communication skills
