We’re hiring a People & Culture Lead to elevate our employee experience and support sustainable, values-aligned growth. You’ll lead talent acquisition, manage employee engagement tools, improve onboarding, and help maintain policies and best practices.
This is a role for a builder—someone excited to implement systems, refine processes, and be a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.

What You'll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)

    • Partner with the CEO to lead hiring through our ATS and industry outreach;
    • Improve onboarding plans and ensure new team members are set up for success;
    • Manage OfficeVibe and bring forward insights from engagement data;
    • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR documentation;
    • Coordinate benefit programs and support compensation benchmarking;
    • Help develop light-touch performance and development processes;
    • Act as a trusted sounding board for team members and contribute to a feedback-rich, proactive culture.

What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a professional or high-growth environment;
    • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills;
    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment;
    • Familiarity with Canadian employment standards (additional provincial experience is an asset);
    • Experience with tools like applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and engagement platforms.

Working Conditions

    • Work on-site in our downtown Toronto office five days a week
    • Regular business hours but occasional work in the evenings or outside normal working hours may be required;
    • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods;
    • Work in a busy, open area office
    • Concentration for long hours requiring attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; and
    • Adherence to deadlines.
$75,000 - $100,000 a year
