Life as a Programme Manager at CEF
As a Programme Manager at CEF, you’ll lead the delivery of business critical programmes of work. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams from both business and IT, aligning efforts to drive impactful business outcomes. With a strong track record in leading or coordinating large-scale, business value-driven programmes, you’ll combine strategic insight with excellent relationship-building skills to deliver this ambitious programme successfully.
Your Objectives:
- Delivery of business critical programmes of work
- Coordinate with cross-functional technology and business teams to implement and optimise our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ideally with Blue Yonder but experience with any WMS is required.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, maintaining a consultative approach to gauge the current state and identify strategic next steps.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment and adoption across all levels involved in the programme.
- Deliver key metrics on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering warehouse, logistics, and supply chain projects.
- Strong business acumen and a complementary technology background, particularly in managing distribution centre operations.
- Expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Blue Yonder is advantageous.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, consultative approach to understanding project status and next steps.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex processes and decisions effectively.
