Summary:

Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate, where you will play a key role in ensuring every customer order is processed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This is not just a back-office role. Essential Job Functions:
- Manage daily order fulfillment tasks, including processing orders, overseeing warehouse operations, updating inventory, handling follow-ups, and tracking shipments.
- Monitor the flow of orders to ensure all purchase orders are confirmed and all relevant information is accurately entered into the inventory system.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, logistics directors, and other team members to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Assist senior staff with tracking inventory levels to help avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Oversee assigned projects to ensure they are executed according to project plans and company standards.
Education/Experience:
- Experience in logistics or fulfillment roles.
- Prior experience with warehouse operations is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Exchange is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Interview Process:
- 30-minute Talent Acquisition Phone Screen.
- 1-hour onsite interview with members of the IT Helpdesk Support team.
