Summary:
As a Supply Chain Systems Delivery Team Lead, you'll be joining a newly established Global team with members spanning UK, US and Canadian geographies. You’ll be empowered to define and deliver a vision for global delivery excellence and supported daily in achieving it.

Essential Job Functions:

    • Lead and Develop the Delivery Team - Recruit, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally through regular one-to-ones and feedback.
    • Foster a Positive Team Environment - Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and empowering culture where wellbeing, psychological safety, and shared ownership are prioritised.
    • Improve Delivery Practices - Continuously evolve our agile processes and promote ways of working that support high performance, autonomy, and team confidence.
    • Drive Continuous Learning - Identify skill gaps, support personal development plans, and encourage learning opportunities in partnership with the Practice.
    • Facilitate Collaboration - Lead delivery workshops, retrospectives, and team activities to encourage reflection, knowledge sharing, and creative problem solving.
    • Support Change and Growth - Introduce process improvements that benefit the team and support recruitment and onboarding of new members as the team evolves.
    • Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships - Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business, acting as a key point of contact for delivery updates and team insights.
    • Champion Team Culture and Values - Be an advocate for our principles, embedding a no-blame mindset, celebrating success, and reinforcing a strong, shared team identity.

Requirements:

    • Proven Leadership in Agile Environments - Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams, with a strong grasp of Agile and Kanban methodologies. You help teams grow, adapt, and take ownership of their delivery.
    • Supportive, People-First Approach - A natural mentor who leads with empathy, builds trust, and prioritises team wellbeing. You foster an inclusive, safe, and motivated working environment.
    • Strong Communication & Collaboration - Skilled at communicating clearly with both teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared understanding.

Supervisory Responsibility:

    • This position has supervisory responsibilities. 
$120,000 - $165,000 a year
Physical Demands 
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.  The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
