The Opportunity...
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our Ad Click Program within the Insurance space. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical aspects of our advertising initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our platform, optimizing user experience, and driving revenue growth through effective ad click strategies. As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business objectives into technical requirements, and guide the development and implementation of features that enhance our advertising capabilities.

How You'll Contribute...

    • Develop and articulate a comprehensive technical strategy for the Ad Click Program, aligning with overall business goals and revenue targets
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements for the Ad Click Program, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and user expectations
    • Prioritize feature development based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
    • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of ad click features
    • Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative environment
    • Define and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of ad click features
    • Monitor key metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
    • Champion the enhancement of user experience within the Ad Click Program, collaborating with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and engaging ad interfaces
    • Implement A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize ad click revenue, balancing user experience and business goals
    • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for monetization

What We're Looking For...

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
    • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on advertising technology
    • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and analytics
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Experience in defining and prioritizing technical requirements, and overseeing the full product development lifecycle
    • Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as ad servers, tracking pixels, and data analytics tools
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
