At Centerfield, the HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting our HR operations by managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and related platforms. As the local HRIS expert, this role bridges HR and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience for employees and HR stakeholders alike. The HRIS Analyst will maintain core HR data—including payroll, leave, performance, and employee records—while implementing system improvements that align with Centerfield’s strategic goals. This position supports data-driven decision-making and helps drive operational efficiency across departments.

What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct frequent HR systems audit to ensure data integrity of the HR Information to facilitate accurate and reliable employee information for analysis, reporting and decision making including performing reviews of HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration
    • Ensure correct and timely entries are made in the HR system for Operations team alignments, department headcount, recruiting new hires information, employee salaries, incentives, benefit additions/changes and payroll staff movement
    • Run comparison reports against various systems Information Systems for reconciliation and consistency of people information
    • Develop and implement automated processes and systems for efficient and expedited management of Disciplinary Process (Linking Corrective Action Forms, Referrals, Sanctions, Reporting)
    • Increase Automation of the Leave Management system – Create Service level tiers e.g.. Self Service
    • Increase Automation of the Health Management process – Develop Self Service aspect for more efficient updating of records.
    • Developing a process/system to effectively manage job letter and employee related personnel requests
    • Assist with information for client audits– ensuring employee contracts and history are uploaded in the HR system and maintained and easily retrievable
    • Review/validate employee personal information including correct demographics to facilitate WFM reporting and transportation arrangements
    • Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
    • Develop HRIS KPIs and performance metrics to resolve produce correct, timely and useful information and application issues, track and monitor
    • Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support
    • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
    • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
    • Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs
    • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
    • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS

What You Bring:

    • Proven work experience as an IT or HRIS Analyst or similar role
    • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
    • 2 years minimum experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
    • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
    • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
    • Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst
