The Opportunity ...
Our Insurance Services Division, Centerfield Insurance Services (formerly Datalot), is growing and we are excited for you to join us! We are seeking assertive consumer-centric Contact Center Rep to pre-qualify insurance seeking customers (warm leads) directly to licensed agents.

How You'll Contribute...

    • Exceed performance expectations through the use of dynamic scripts and rebuttals
    • You will have the flexibility to adjust your work schedule week-to-week, if necessary:
    • Option 1. Day: Weekly hour commitment of 24-28 hours over 4-5 days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm ET)
    • Option 2. Afternoon-Weekend: Weekly hour commitment of 20-28 hours over 4-5 days (Monday-Friday: 2pm-9pm ET; Saturday: 9am-6pm ET; Sunday: 10am-5pm ET)

What we're Looking For...

    • Detail oriented, self starters to work-from-home (must have a quiet workspace)
    • Excellent communicators (verbal and written)
    • People who want more than just a job
    • Computer-literate individuals with their own reliable computer equipped with high speed internet (with at least 100 mbps download/20 mbps upload speeds)
    • Active listeners
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Individuals who are receptive to ongoing coaching and development
    • Call center experience is not required but is a plus
    • This position is 100% work-from-home, you must be in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
