Position Summary
The Product Manager is an Exempt/Full-Time position that will be a critical role in the company’s Marketing Department. The Product Manager is a brand champion for products in the Centerline Biomedical portfolio, while also representing the Voice of Customer for upstream product development programs. This role requires a hands-on manager, who thrives in fast-paced, small company environments. Be part of a growing, innovative organization visualizing the way to safer interventions. 

As Product Manager, represent Marketing on product development teams and establish product life cycle plans. Prepare products for commercialization. Serve as the global brand manager and technical product lead for products in your portfolio. Maintain compliance with the Quality policy, procedures, and industry standards. Partner with the sales team to represent Centerline Biomedical in customer relations. Ensure high standards for product quality are reflected in all that you do to bring customer satisfaction for the health and safety of patients.


Responsibilities/Duties
● Represent marketing on cross-functional product development teams. Provide market needs and user requirement specifications by integrating voice of customer, competitive intelligence, and an understanding of best practices for the specialty.
● Support long-term strategic planning process and execution of annual plans for products
● Develop product commercialization plans; including product strategy, market segmentation and targeting, product positioning, messaging, pricing, reimbursement strategy, and launch rollout plans. 
● Manage products throughout the life cycle working cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Project Management, R&D, Supply Chain Operations, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Training organizations.
● Provide technical input for customer communications related to products. 
● Partner with Marketing to develop promotional plans, marketing tactics, and product communications. 
● Monitor and update organization on market trends and publications/presentations related to products 
● Monitor product pricing and costs; recommend opportunities to optimize margins.
● Be the product champion. Monitor and communicate market trends, reinforce product position, and provide training and marketing support, as needed. Be proactive and quick in response to prepare field representatives on market opportunities and competitive threats.
● Collaborate with sales leadership and the organization to meet the company’s annual sales objectives.
● Submit forecasts, monitor sales trends, and partner with Operations/Supply Chain to communicate about product availability or potential issues.
● Follow all company policies including, but not limited to, accurate and timely expense reporting and updates to the CRM system.
● Additional duties, as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required
Education and Experience 
● BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience in business, science, or engineering
● 3+ years of experience in a product management or marketing role in healthcare, medical device, or medical imaging. Experience with both capital and disposable medical devices preferred. 
● Product launch experience a must
● English language fluency is required. 
● Ability to travel 30+% is required

● Ability to rapidly become proficient with the concepts of endovascular surgery and medical imaging, as well as the technical function and capabilities of the company’s technology

Work Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a virtual or standard office environment.  Essential functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally bend, kneel, and reach; to lift, carry, push/pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment that may require fine motor coordination (i.e., use of a keyboard). On occasion, these activities may be performed in interventional suites while wearing lead garments.
