About the Position
As a Web and Visual Designer at CentML, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-friendly web interfaces that communicate our brand and product value effectively. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to design websites, landing pages, and web-based experiences that are intuitive, responsive, and aligned with CentML’s mission. You will play a key role in shaping how CentML is perceived online and in delivering seamless digital experiences to our users.
What you’ll do
Web Design & User Experience:
- Design end-to-end responsive web pages, landing pages, and microsites optimized for performance and usability.
- Translate product and marketing needs into intuitive and accessible designs that enhance the user journey.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate designs based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Visual Design & Branding:
- Maintain and evolve CentML’s brand identity across all web properties.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets that uphold a cohesive visual language.
- Ensure design consistency across digital touchpoints, adhering to established style guides.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver digital campaigns, product launches, and web updates.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Contribute to creative ideation and strategy for digital storytelling.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze web analytics to identify areas for design enhancement and conversion optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and digital marketing best practices.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of design systems and reusable components.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 4+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites and digital campaigns.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD design tools
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals) and how design translates into code.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies, accessibility standards, and conversion optimization principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Familiarity with Webflow, CMS tools, or frontend development.
- Experience in SEO and analytics tools
