Job Summary:
Centuria Corporation is seeking an experienced, detail oriented, driven Supply/Property Management Specialist to support DEVCOM-AC (US Army) at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey.  This individual will provide supply support services to assist DEVCOM-AC with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and provide expertise in processing procurement of expendable supplies and GCSS-Army daily business transactions. Transactions include administrative adjustments, supply accountability and producing documents for receipts, lateral transfers, divestitures. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
·        Operate a variety of logistics information systems to complete assigned tasks. A listing of these system is contained below, though not all inclusive.GCSS-A Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) FEDLOG
·        Conduct maintenance of historical files, administrative adjustment reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents.
·        Execute property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities including posting documentation within all appropriate STAMIS.
·        Assist with ensuring all assets disposition instructions are executed in a timely manner.
·        Receive, inspect, inventory, load, unload, segregate, store, issue, and turn-in organization and installation property and equipment.
·        Ensure weapons/sensitive item are conducted IAW currently regulatory procedures.
·        Provide technical assistance to the hand receipt holders. 
·        Generate monthly inventories, hand receipt, and other required reports. 
·        Maintain property and equipment under GCSS-Army property book and unit level
·        Validate/post transaction to organization and installation property records and update and maintain supporting document files.
·        Requisition parts and supplies in GCSS-Army as needed
·        Assist the hand receipt holder with receiving equipment from CRP, inspect items, and verify national stock number, nomenclature, quantity and create DD Form 250

Education Requirements:
College education preferred
 
Years of Experience Requirement:
5+ years of experience within government contracting performing supply and property management functions.
