Job Responsibilities:
·        Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership to the program
·        Lead, and engage in, highly complex software strategy, design, and development efforts.

Job Requirements:
·        A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)-related or similar field.
·        A minimum of 12 years of (SME/Senior level) DoD Software Architecture and Development experience, including experience architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-availability, mission-critical, and multi-service (e.g., U.S. Army, U.S. Navy (USN), U.S. Air Force (USAF), U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)) systems and capabilities.
·        A minimum of nine years of experience supporting end-to-end iterative software development product sprint development processes and product release launches. The applicable experience should include defining and prioritizing Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer and business needs, data, and feedback.
·        Proficient in communicating and presenting product backlogs, metrics, strategies, and roadmaps to technical scrum teams and non-technical stakeholders.
·        Possess a minimum of an active DoD Secret security clearance at the time of proposal submission.
·        Desired experience:
o   Possess a current Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credential, Scrum Alliance (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) credentials (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Manager).
o   Experience supporting the DoD or Military Service Department CMA mission areas.
o   A minimum of three years of AWS GovCloud and DoD CC SRG experience.
