PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The NASA Consolidated Application and Platform Services (NCAPS) contract will provide the necessary support to maintain and evolve NASA’s core collaborative IT services, which are essential to the ongoing success of its missions and projects across NASA’s geographically distributed Centers. The scope of work includes efficient, effective, innovative, and collaborative approaches to IT management and delivery. The Contractor shall ensure the safety, security, and availability of operations with requisite Agency visibility, ensuring NASA and its partners can operate without disruption while maintaining interoperability across NASA’s heterogenous IT environment. 
 
In conjunction with CACI, Centuria will be supporting delivery of Application and Platform transformation and support using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management practices.  This work will require extensive collaboration and integration vital to the planning, design and development of future capabilities and technologies along with sustainment of existing capabilities and technologies.
 
Job Responsibilities:
·        Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
·        Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum team, promoting self-organization and accountability.
·        Guide the team in understanding and applying Agile principles and Scrum practices effectively.
·        Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and help maintain focus on delivering high-quality products.
·        Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to experiment, learn, and adapt their processes.
·        Collaborate with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the next sprint.
·        Monitor team performance metrics and use data to drive improvements and increase team efficiency.
·        Act as a coach and mentor to team members, helping them develop their skills and abilities in the Agile environment.
·        Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
·        Advocate for Agile and Scrum practices across the organization, helping to build a culture of agility and adaptability.

Job Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s degree or related applicable experience considered in lieu of degree
·        8+ years of experience
·        Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with other frameworks like Kanban, Lean, or XP.
·        Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
·        Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
·        Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
 
Preferred Job Requirements:
·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
·        Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
·        Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in technical roles such as development, testing, or project management.
