We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising blockchain protocols and applications using the Substrate framework.

This role is hybrid, requiring your presence in our Warsaw office for approximately two days per week. Full-time commitment is essential, as your involvement will be pivotal in driving forward our ambitious projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for development tools and dashboards, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in coding standards, performance, and scalability. 
- Build blockchain applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Monitor the performance of applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Fundamental understanding of blockchain technology and experience developing decentralized applications (dApps).
- Understanding of cryptography principles.
- Experience in building Backend systems with ETL pipelines.
- Proficient with Node.js, Express, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Front-end development experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React/Angular.

Nice to have: 
- Experience with Rust and Solidity programming.
- Experience with Blockchain development.
- Experience in building Data-visualisation dashboards.
