Reporting to the of Demand Generation, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical operations for the Certify, Nexonia, and Tallie brands under the Certify, Inc umbrella. In this role, you will be responsible for the health and maintenance of the marketing technology stack, the foundation to a successful marketing organization. We are looking for a team member who sees the world in numbers and formulas, who loves fixing systems, and who can apply strong critical thinking to all operational functions.

What you'll do:

    • Maintain and improve day-to-day efficiencies of Salesforce, Pardot, and all other integrated marketing software
    • Oversee the round robin system within LeanData to the BDR and Sales teams
    • Maintain all tagging processes and updates, and ensure accurate tagging for data cleanliness, using systems such as Bizible, Pardot, and ZoomInfo
    • Upload and tag new leads from vendor programs
    • Oversee new software research and implementation
    • Work closely with the sales operations specialist to create a cohesive set of systems
    • Work with the digital marketing manager to provide data and analysis on digital programs
    • Maintain monthly and quarterly reporting, in tandem with the digital marketing manager and director of demand generation

What we're looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing
    • A proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing a marketing technology stack
    •  A history of B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce and various marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo); certification preferred
    • Working knowledge of Google Analytics; certification preferred
    • Experience working cross-departmentally with Sales operations
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • A desire to work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members, regardless of position
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
    • A natural learner and excitement around growing and developing in new environments
    • Open to learning through failure
