About the role:As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation/onboarding of new clients and the ongoing configuration updates and implementation of new products/services for existing clients. This will encompass API integration consultation, setup, and troubleshooting, and platform configuration setup and adjustments. You will work with multiple clients and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful API integration and platform configurations for Certify’s clients.

What you’ll do

    • Work cross-functionally with Implementation, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.
    • Support the implementation and onboarding process for new clientsLeading API integration execution, testing, and troubleshooting.
    • Owning the setup of platform configurations. Guide and facilitate integration with Certify APIs for new and existing clients.
    • Develop a deep understanding of all Certify API integrations and capabilities, as well as all available platform configurations. Identify API integration opportunities for enhancement, develop proposals for department leadership, and lead enhancement initiatives.
    • Determine and advise clients on how to fulfill client use cases with existing Certify platform capabilities.
    • Stay up to date on the latest best practices and usage of the Certify platform.
    • Be able to investigate implementation and other issues using platform logs on GCP (Google Logging, Tracing, and BigQuery)
    • Perform proactive problem-solving to prevent issues from happening, e.g. documentation and best practices for self-service

What you’ll need

    • Required:
    • 5+ years of professional experience overall
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Ability to interact and collaborate with product and engineering teams both internally and externally, leading technical API integration discussions
    • Demonstrated proficiency in REST API integrationAbility to write SQL queries to pull data and analyze it from a data warehouse (BigQuery preferred)

    • Preferred:
    • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting role in Enterprise SaaS
    • Strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universe
    • Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Airtable, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence)
    • Experience with observability tools in GCP (Logging, Tracing) and with building automated reporting (dashboards) for integration health monitoring across clients
