What Will You Do?

    • Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to understand talent needs across engineering, product, and data functions.
    • Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
    • Build and nurture a pipeline of highly qualified candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing methods.
    • Champion a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer and onboarding.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the business on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

What Makes Them a Good Match?

    • 4–7 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a high-growth startup or product company.
    • Demonstrated ability to hire for engineering, product, and data roles.
    • Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring with agility.
    • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
    • Strong grasp of compensation structures and offer negotiation in the tech landscape.
