Lead and optimise the organisation's talent acquisition strategy and operations. Drive the recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent to support business growth.

What Will you Do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition function.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Oversee the recruitment budget and resource allocation.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop practical solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on talent acquisition metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
