About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary GTM Operations Leader to be the founding member of our Go-To-Market Ops team. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the sales and marketing operations function from the ground up, driving operational excellence and delivering actionable insights that fuel growth. If you're passionate about creating scalable processes, leveraging data for decision-making, and making a tangible impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

    • Build from Scratch: Establish the GTM Ops function, including processes, frameworks, and tools, to support our sales and marketing teams.
    • Data & Insights: Develop and maintain robust reporting systems in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools to provide actionable insights for GTM strategy.
    • GTM Reporting: Own GTM and pipeline reporting (4-5x per week) while delivering deep insights into pipeline health, performance metrics, and deal progression.
    • Define Success Metrics: Design and track MQLs, SQLs, and SALs to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
    • Operational Excellence: Optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and implement scalable processes that empower the team to execute at a high level.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to align strategies and drive seamless execution.
    • Analysis & Evaluation: Perform pipeline analysis, sentiment analysis, deal closure insights, and performance evaluations to identify growth opportunities and risks.
    • Technology Implementation: Select and implement tech stacks that enhance team productivity and support growth objectives.

What you’ll need

    • 7-8 years of experience in Tech/SaaS environments, preferably within fast-growing startups.
    • Consulting experience (e.g., BCG, McKinsey) or strong foundational education (IIT/IIM) is highly valued.
    • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
    • Experience designing and optimizing operational processes from scratch.
    • Track record of working collaboratively across teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and creating new systems.
    • Ability to operate with autonomy and take ownership of the GTM Ops function.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
