Summary:
 
As the Director of Benefits and HR Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of health, retirement, and ancillary benefits for our employees and managing HR-related compliance requirements, both in the United States and in our offices overseas. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in benefits management, HR operations, and compliance with HR regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Benefits Administration-
 
·       Oversee the administration of health, retirement, and ancillary benefits for employees across all countries.
·       Work with third-party vendors to manage benefit programs effectively in different countries, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
·       Continuously evaluate benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the company’s goals.
 
Compliance Management-

·       Work closely with the company's outside attorneys to ensure compliance with HR regulations in each country of operation, including but not limited to, employment laws, tax regulations, and work visas for international travel.
·       Maintain a calendar of all critical reporting and filing deadlines, and work with third-party vendors and different functions across CFGI to complete all requirements.
·       Stay abreast of changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly to mitigate compliance risks.
 
Process Improvement-

·       Partner with HR and Finance departments to streamline benefits-related processes and drive operational efficiency.
·       Develop and implement standardized procedures for handling employee inquiries related to benefits, leave of absence, and other matters.

Strategic Planning-

·       Provide strategic guidance on benefit offerings and HR operations to support the company's growth objectives.
·       Analyze data, trends, and cost-benefit ratios to identify opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through benefits programs.
 
Qualifications:
 
·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
·       Seven plus years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong understanding of health, retirement, and ancillary benefits.
·       Experience managing HR operations and navigating regulatory and compliance requirements.
·       Proficiency in working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships effectively.
·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
