About Commonwealth Fusion Systems:

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is on a mission to deliver the urgent transition to fusion energy.

Combining decades of research, top talent and new technologies, we’re designing and building commercially viable fusion power plants. And working with policymakers and suppliers to build the energy industry of the future.

We’re in the best position to make it happen. Since 2018, we’ve raised over $2 billion in capital – more than any other fusion energy company in the U.S.

Now we’re looking for more thinkers, doers, builders, and makers to join us. People who’ll bring new perspectives, solve tough problems, and thrive as part of a team.

If that’s you and this role fits, we want to hear from you.

Join the power movement as a Brand Coordinator

Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks a sharp, strategic and hands on Brand Coordinator to join our mission of enabling limitless clean energy.

CFS seeks a sharp, strategic, and hands-on Brand Coordinator to bring our mission to life across audiences and platforms. This is a highly visible and impactful role responsible for managing brand-related logistics, events, and content systems that shape how the world understands fusion energy and how CFS presents itself internally and externally.

You will play a key role in growing awareness of the CFS brand by coordinating high-profile tours, company-led conferences, and internal cultural events, while maintaining our visual and verbal identity standards. You will also help train our brand ambassadors and manage digital assets used across communications platforms.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with facilities, security, communications, and executive teams for high-impact events
    • Serve as an interface between the Brand team and other departments to streamline execution

    • Brand Ambassador Program:
    • Help design and implement a training curriculum for brand ambassadors and tour guides
    • Support the development of messaging frameworks and talking points to ensure consistent storytelling

What we're looking for:

    • Minimum of 4 years in a brand, events, marketing, or communications role—preferably in a high-growth company or mission-driven environment
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience working with DAM systems and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva)
    • Event planning experience from concept to execution
    • Passion for technology, innovation, and clean energy

Must-have requirements:

    • Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
    • Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics
