Join the power movement as a Principal People Operations Data Analyst

CFS is seeking an experienced Principal People Operations Data Analyst who thrives on uncovering insights through data and driving strategic decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to independently manage complex data projects. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s rapid growth through data-driven recommendations.

What you'll do:

    • Analyze People Operations data and trends, develop predictive models, and communicate insights at appropriate levels
    • Regularly analyze company-wide data to generate insights that guide growth, identify opportunities, and inform future business decisions
    • Present data and findings to executives and stakeholders, translating complex analyses into strategic recommendations
    • Own the process for reviewing and recommending compensation for new hires, promotions, and internal changes, ensuring fairness and consistency

What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience
    • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and predictive modeling
    • Strong ability to work independently, own processes, and communicate results effectively to diverse audiences
    • Discretion to work with highly confidential data is a must
    • Expertise data analysis software such as SQL, R, Tableau, or Power BI

Bonus points for:

    • Experience in HR data analysis and compensation modeling
    • Experience working in fast-growing environments, with a focus on scalability and evolving organizational needs, including the ability to adapt strategies as the company grows

Must-have Requirements:

    • Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
    • Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
