As our Salesforce Admin, you will serve as primary system administrator for the environment. We are looking for enthusiastic administrators and advanced administrators to own, manage and develop the technology tools to manage our growing Business for our sales organization.

Your Impact

    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows/process builders/flows, and object configuration
    • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
    • Manage data feeds including outbound messages, Marketing Cloud integrations, and 3rd party integrations
    • Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
    • Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
    • Effectively act as the liaison between our users and the application development team
    • Manage end to end Salesforce projects following standard SDLC processes


    • Understanding of the data model and how to effectively extract, transform and load data
    • 5+ years in Salesforce Administration or 12 - 24 months as a senior Administrator
    • Advanced Admin Certification (past or previous required)
    • Experience owning and driving a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution
    • Knowledge of budget adherence and experience working within budget constraints
    • Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and across teams.

Desired/Optional Qualifications

    • A working knowledge of Tableau CRM,, Vidyard, Highspot, Hubspot, or other preferred brands of tools for SFDC

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
