As we enter our next phase of growth, we need a Senior People Operations Manager to own and drive a variety of critical People infrastructure initiatives. 
 
Reporting to our Director of People Operations, and with a high degree of latitude and ownership, you’ll play a lead role in shaping the next operational iterations of onboarding, benefits, career development, systems, performance, policies, analytics, and more.

Your Impact

    • Develop and lead collaborative global People Ops initiatives.
    • Oversee data integrity and reporting for all our people systems.
    • Create research-based, best-in-class programs that bring outsized leverage for the team.
    • Increase the impact of the People functions through regular analysis of people initiatives.
    • Expand our reach by partnering with our Legal Team to build out policies and processes for new geographies and novel people problems.
    • Provide high-touch support to our colleagues, answering employee and manager questions about people initiatives, policies, benefits, and any other people-related items.

Requirements

    • 3+ years in people operations/HR.
    • Experience building people operations programs or processes.
    • Tremendous communication skills - you can write in a professional, friendly voice and your verbal communication is clear and succinct manner.
    • Proactive about finding and presenting solutions especially when they involve creative problem-solving.
    • Impeccable follow-through and eager to overcome challenges.
    • Operations-minded - you love building systems to help things run as efficiently as possible.
    • A thoughtful partner who can demonstrate a good balance of emotional intelligence with pragmatic judgment.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
