About The Role
As a Partner Ecosystem Director you will be at the forefront of driving strategic partnerships and ensuring their alignment with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include leading partner meetings to define strategies and track action items, developing and managing Chainlink Labs (CLL) Centres of Excellence with relevant toolkits and training materials, and coordinating across go-to-market (GTM) teams to create standardized partner agreements. Additionally, you will collaborate with key partners and marketing teams to achieve sponsorship goals, facilitate GTM programs, and secure ongoing investments from funding partners, ensuring bidirectional value and sustained growth. Your role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of partnership dynamics to drive the success of our partner ecosystem.


    • Director level or higher experience with at least 5 years of experience overseeing management layer.
    • Extensive Experience driving major business development (BD) programs, including the origination, negotiation, and closing of large or strategic partnership deals with creative terms.
    • Proven ability to formulate and execute partnership strategies across multiple internal functions such as marketing, sales, legal, finance, and services.
    • Extensive experience working with venture capital and funding partners, with a deep understanding of the funding landscape and the ability to navigate top-tier players, managing large volumes of connections to funding partners and programs.
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, having scaled BD activity from 0 to 100+ deals and standardized terms that can be replicated to scale.
    • Deep interest in blockchains and general cryptocurrency experience, ideally as a user or holder of cryptocurrencies.
