Chainlink Labs is currently on the lookout for a highly organized and engaging Recruiting Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition process, ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of interviews, providing top-notch support to both candidates and internal stakeholders, and contributing to an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of talent Operations, you will collaborate across internal departments to manage a high volume of interview coordination, maintain detailed records, and support various recruiting initiatives. Objectives of this Role

    • Oversee the candidate experience end to end and make recommendations for improvements
    • Use your organizational skills to manage and drive the team's hiring efforts against challenging deadlines
    • Coordinate a high volume of virtual  interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
    • Support the team in generating ideas for scouting world-leading talent
    • Effectively communicate cross-functionally with several hiring teams and stakeholders
    • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
    • Craft and update job descriptions
    • Relationship-manage candidates through the process, acting as their advocate
    • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
    • Work on special projects and assist the Talent team as needed

Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a recruitment coordinaton role, within a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume scheduling and multitasking with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with blockchains, smart contracts and other decentralized systems
    • Experience working in a tech startup, and/or blockchain company
