What You Will Do
The Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of a building’s general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents. Their duties include cleaning floors, making beds and dusting surfaces throughout a home or other building.

Key Responsibilities

    • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
    • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
    • Making beds and changing linens
    • Washing windows
    • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
    • Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
    • Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
    • Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
    • Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
    • Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
    • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
    • Steaming and cleaning draperies
    • Washing blinds
    • Tidying up rooms
    • Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
    • Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
    • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
    • Performs additional duties as needed

Who you

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Prior experience preferred
    • Understands the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues
    • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
    • Ability to address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication
    • Ability to cope with fast-paced environments
    • Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
    • Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance
    • Ability to maintain peak performance during high stress situations
$14 - $14 an hour
